  • What is Patte?

Patte is a one-stop entertainment platform unlocking the “World of Entertainment Venues”, bringing them and their services right to your palm in an instant. It does this by offering convenience, value and non-stop entertainment through a highly intuitive and interactive app, forming an “ENTERTAINMENT ECOSYSTEM.”

  • Where do I get the app?

The app is available in IOS and Android versions. Click on the download the app button available on the website and it will lead to a download page. Choose the Google play for Android and the Apple store for IOS users and it will lead you to the respective app stores where you can download the app.

  • Is the app free?

Yes, the Patte app is both free to download and use. You are not required to make any payment to use our app. All you need is an internet connection

  • Do I need OTT tax to use the app?

NO, you don’t need OTT tax to use the Patte app

  • I have an Event or Venue I would like to advertise with the Patte app, how do I do this?

You can contact us directly using the information at the bottom of this page and we shall ensure to accord you all the necessary support.

  • I am a new user, how do I register on the app?

Download and install the app, tap the continue button, enter your phone number and tap the continue button. The system will automatically send you a verification code. Enter this code to continue if it’s not automatically entered. Enter your date of birth and confirm you’re of age. Enter your Name/ Nick Name. Tap finish. Congratulations! You are now ready to use the app.

  • How does the app work?

Launch the app, see venues and events around you, navigate trending or live venues, see exciting offers select any of your choice. View information about the selected venue or patte including fees, offers, gallery, menu etc. Use maps to navigate to the venue, call for reservations, like, rate and leave feedback.

  • Can I book service through the app?

Yes, you can do this by going though the menu, adding your required items to a cart and completing your oder. This order can then be delivered to your table through a table number earlier added, or a destination of your choice if the venue provides it.

  • Why am I required to enter my Name/ Nickname and Date of Birth?

We use this information to ensure compliance to our Terms and Conditions and also create unique accounts for all our users. We value your privacy and the data you provide is protected by our Privacy Policy

  • Why do I need to enable my location to use the app?

Your location data enables our systems to correctly identify entertainment around you and appropriately display it

  • Can I invite my friend and family to install and use the app?

Yes you can invite them by tapping the “share” button. This will give you multiple sharing options that you can use. The other party will get a link to download and install the app. If they already have the app installed, the link will automatically take them to the shared Patte, Event or Venue

  • Where do I provide feedback and rating?

For Venue:

You can provide feedback and rating by clicking on the Venue icon which takes you to the its profile page. Here you can rate, like and give feedback including viewing all other details of the Venue This will be received by the venue our systems.

For Patte or Event:

You can provide feedback and rating by clicking on the Patte or Event poster which launches the poster and at the bottom, you can like and give feedback. Please note that your Nick Name and profile picture will be tagged to the comment you send.

  • Which areas can I use the app?

The Patte app is currently available for use in Uganda and all advertisements are based here. It is, however, not limited to specific  locations within Uganda, and should work well as long as you have an internet connection.
